ANA Intercontinental Tokyo, Tokyo

One of our clients recently had their private seminar at ANA Intercontinental Tokyo. ANA Intercontinental Tokyo has many different types of room and are located very central Tokyo near Akasaka and Roppongi.

The size of ballroom (1) “Prominence” is 1,832sqm and a big banquet room “Galaxy” is 660sqm. They also have 10 more smaller banquet rooms with the size from 33-208sqm. The location is great and got very cozy & warm atmosphere with woody-tone finish. Ideal for any sized meeting, seminar, event, press conference etc.

Our client used 2 rooms for this event, one for the seminar and the other for the reception party after the seminar. Since 2 rooms are located next to each other, it was very convenient for visitors to change the rooms. Now the Christmas time is approaching, there was a big decorated Christmas tree at the entrance and Christmas songs from the hotel speakers. Happy Christmas !!

Sola City Conference Center, Tokyo

Sola City Conference Center newly opened in Mar. 2013! I went to Sola City Conference Center to support the seminar event one of our clients had. I did’t know about this place as this is reasonablly new.

This conference center is located in Ochanomizu and only 1 min. walk from JR Ochanomizu station. They have several seminar halls including “Sola City Hall” with maximum capacity of 600 people.

SEMICON Japan 2013 at Makuhari Messe

SEMICON Japan 2013 was held at Makuhari Messe in Dec.4-6, 2013. Since it was first held in 1977, SEMICON Japan has grown to become the largest international exhibition of semiconductor equipment and materials. SEMICON Japan consists of 6 main zones; front-end process zone, back-end /materials & overall　process zone, advanced electronics technology pavilion, advanced manufucturing technology pavilion, secondary equipment & services pavilion, supply chain pavilion.

Though number of visitors decreased by 15% to 57,029 (cumulative total) compared to 67,060 in 2012, SEMICON Japan attracts a highly influential audience from every segment and sector of the global microelectronics industries, including semiconductors, LEDs, OLEDs, MEMS, printed/flexible electronics, and other adjacent markets.

SEMICON Japan 2014 is planned to be held in Dec. 3-5, 2014 at Tokyo Big Sight!

Tokyo Motor Show at Tokyo Big Sight

The 43rd Tokyo Motor Show, one of the world’s top and biggest motor shows was held in Tokyo Big Sight in Nov. 23-Dec.1. This show introduces cars, motorcycles, parts, machinery and tools and attacts nearly 1 million people every year. This year, 2013, the total number of visitors reached 902,800 and a total of 178 companies and 181 brands from 12 countries worldwide exhibited in the show.

The number of media (editors and journalists) attending from both within and outside of Japan was 10,300 and this show was introduced at many of TV programs in Japan.

The next 44th Tokyo Motor Show is scheduled for Autumn 2015 at the Tokyo Big Sight.
