TORANOMON HILLS

Happy New Year 2016! Let us start our new year with introduction of a new conference center, the Toranomon Hills Forum which is located just opposite side of our office. This conference center is in “Toranomon Hills” and has many user-friendly facilities. For example, the chairs were designed based on human engineering and comfortable to sit for a long hours. It has 3 halls and 4 spacious meeting rooms and is possible to accommodate up to 2,000 people. Recommended for a variety of international conferences, symposia and exhibitions. Also “Toranomon” statue welcomes you at the entrance !!

Toranomon Hills: Tokyo’s newest landmark built in 2014 with 52 stories above the ground and 5 stories below the ground. There are shops, restaurants, a conference center, offices and even a luxury hotel called “Andaz Tokyo”.

Happo-En, Tokyo

One of our customers recently had a press conference at Happo-En, Tokyo. Happo-En is commonly used for business events including a press conference and private seminar. This time, our customer had their 2014 new product announcement for Japanese media. In total, there were about 70 editors and analysts from related industries were invited to this conference.

They have as many as 15 rooms in Happo-En and all different sizes are available from 158sqm to 792sqm.

They also have a beautiful Japanese garden beside their main building and the name “Happo-En” came from this garden, “garden of eight views”. Once you stepped into this garden, you completely forget that you are in the middle of Tokyo. A few munities walk from the nearest station, “Shirokane-dai” on Mita-line.
