“The Westin Tokyo” is known among Japanese as a very luxury hotel located in Ebisu (East central of Tokyo). The access to the hotel is about 10min. walk from Ebisu station.

Our customer held their private seminar with over 50 customers. After the seminar, a reception party was held and alcoholic beverages and food were served to the customers.

This hotel is been used for many events / seminars organized by oversea companies and organizations.  ITA (Italian Trade Agency) has been organizing “WeLoveModainItaly” at this hotel every year.

The hotel has 1 ball room (1,020sqm) which can be divided by 4, 1 junior ball room (404sqm) which can also be divided by 2, foyer (400sqm) and 10 other small to middle size rooms (43sqm to 460sqm). Often our foreign affiliated companies choose “The Westin hotel” for its luxurious atmosphere and hotel staffs’ great hospitality.

Our new IT customer recently held thieir one day private seminat at Tokyo Dome Hotel in Suidou-bashi. Tokyo Dome is an extensive entertaiment complex where you find a Tokyo Dome (large event hall), amusement park, hot spring spa and shops & restaurantsone. Tokyo Dome hotel is located right beside an amusement park and very convenient for those who visit and enjoy Tokyo Dome attractions. But they also have 18 small to large banquet rooms which are perfect for seminars, parties and events. All room are modern and functional and they privide each room 100Mbps delicated internet service.

All rooms are located on B1F and it will be a totally different world once you take an escalator from 1F to B1F. This hotel is not located in the business district and some may not like the noise coming from the attraction and seeing young people, families and torists around the hotel. But Suidoubashi (the nearest station from the hotel) is easy to access by JR line and the hotel is more reasonable than other central located hotels in Tokyo.

 

 

 

One of our clients recently had their private seminar at ANA Intercontinental Tokyo. ANA Intercontinental Tokyo has many different types of room and are located very central Tokyo near Akasaka and Roppongi.

The size of ballroom (1) “Prominence” is 1,832sqm and a big banquet room “Galaxy” is 660sqm. They also have 10 more smaller banquet rooms with the size from 33-208sqm. The location is great and got very cozy & warm atmosphere with woody-tone finish. Ideal for any sized meeting, seminar, event, press conference etc.

Our client used 2 rooms for this event, one for the seminar and the other for the reception party after the seminar. Since 2 rooms are located next to each other, it was very convenient for visitors to change the rooms. Now the Christmas time is approaching, there was a big decorated Christmas tree at the entrance and Christmas songs from the hotel speakers.  Happy Christmas !!

 

 

At Cerulean Tower Tokyu hotel (Tokyo), one of our clients had a user conference which is their annual seminar for their customers. We have been supporting overall management and operation for this event for many years.

This event has been expanding year by year and this year we had as many as 10 companies sponsoring this event. Since 2011, the seminar became available to be viewed in Osaka on the same day using a satellite relay.

The hotel is very modern and sophisticated and located only a few munites walk from Shibuya station. Ball room located on the B2 floor is used for the event.
The size of this ball room is 1,500qsm and it can be divided by maximum 4 rooms depending on the purpose of users such as seminars, parties and meetings.
